If you are experiencing an issue with your mobile home, our professional aftercare teams will ensure the repairs and maintenance are carried out in line with the tenancy.

The responsibilities of SPH for the maintenance of your Mobile Home include ensuring that:

  • The structure of your property is maintained in good condition –

    • this includes the walls,

    • ceiling,

    • roof

    • and windows

  • Gas and electricity appliances work safely (not including fuse or light bulb change)


  • Shared parts of a building or housing estate are kept in good condition


  • External Window and Doors Issues


  • Bathroom Door (locks only)

*Any other repairs will be charged at an additional cost.

Through our website, you can submit a photo of any home damages and send them to our repairs team. To do so, please press the green phone button at the bottom right corner and choose the blue envelope. 

It will give you an option to upload the necessary documents. The supported pictures should be clear and state the issue of your request in the message field. Please, see Instructions below. 

After submitting your request, our repairs team will carry out the assessment of the damages and contact you as soon as possible.

​In order to prevent your toilet and sink from clogging, we recommend you do NOT FLUSH the following down your toilet:

  • Disposable diapers

  • Sanitary Items

  • Cotton balls and swabs

  • Unused medications (put the original containers in a plastic, zip-lock bag and throw the bag in the trash)

  • Cleaning wipes of any kind

  • Facial tissue

  • Bandages and bandage wrappings

  • Fats, Oils and Grease from cooking products
